I had the most incredible stay at Virgin Hotels New York City! the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure every detail was perfect. the view of the Empire State Building from our room was breathtaking, and the room itself was immaculately clean with a closing door for added privacy. the little sheep mascot was a cute touch that added to the overall charm of the room. the pool was a great place to relax and take in the stunning views of the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of many popular attractions in Manhattan. the room layout was perfect for our family, offering a separate bedroom and bathroom/closet area for added comfort. the hotel amenities such as the gym and intelligent elevator system were impressive. We enjoyed a delicious à la carte breakfast daily and appreciated the free WiFi throughout the property. the concierge service was very helpful in assisting us with our plans in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city.
